At Puja USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • Missing parts

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll review your request and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

If you need a different item immediately, we recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), Puja USA will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
